We have two varieties available: Our Standard Box which contains treats made with chicken and beef, and a Hypoallergenic Box which is free from chicken and beef, for doggos who may have sensitivities to these proteins.

Delivery
Kindly find that cakes and pupcakes are for collection only. Alternatively we can organise an Uber Car delivery at the Uber fee. Collection is based in Senderwood JHB.
For the rest of the Mimi & Munch products, there is an estimated shipping cost of R99 for orders (in JHB) and R120 (nationally). We ship South African wide.
Mimi & Munch cakes and treats are freshly baked to order. Please allow for 3 days baking time and then orders can take up to 1- 4 working days to be delivered. However, we do begin processing your order as soon as it is received and in many cases, orders are sent within a few days.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We are so confident that your pooches will love our treats. Because our treats are perishable items, we don’t accept returns or exchanges.
We adhere to the strictest regulations when it comes to the quality of our products and advise our clients that care should be given to ensure the treats are sealed in air tight containers or in our packaging to avoid treats from spoiling.
Our cakes are custom made for you and therefore require 48-hour cancellation. We are not able to refund orders that have not been picked up or cancelled late. We are not liable for damage occurred through wrong handling.
Our non-perishable items can be exchanged or returned if they have been unused and in the same condition as you received them.

Q: Do you cater for any special dietary requirements?
A: Absolutely! We believe all doggies should be treated no matter the dietary requirement and we are more than happy to discuss creating customised treats for your dog’s specifications.
Q: How do I store Mimi & Munch Treats and Cakes?
A: Mimi & Munch treats and cakes are made without any preservatives and should be treated like a baked good for human consumption.
Most of our treats last 6-12 months if kept in a sealed bag, in a cupboard or in an air tight container and out of direct sunlight.
Our cakes should be refrigerated and gobbled up within 3-4 days after purchase. They can be frozen for up to three months as well.
